Darren, you were always so kind, smiley & thoughtful. You always encouraged me to do my best and were a great support when I moved into a new role and you became my manager. For our weekly catch ups we always spent more time talking about our weekends, football, family & friends before remembering we had actually better discuss some work! You really understood what should be prioritised in life and I really admired that. I’m so sorry you’re not still here, you will be so missed by so many people and I’m thinking of your family and friends at this time. Love Sophie x
